Spring is a time for new beginnings and in that spirit the Client Relations team has been hard at work creating new and better help content to help you and your team ‘spring’ into a new quarter!

Have you ever noticed all of those small question marks next to each metric within the Compete PRO app?  We’ve completely revamped those help bubbles so the metric definitions are now more succinct and easier to understand. We’ve also gone a step further and added in Pro Tips, direct from our specialists, to help you dive even deeper and gain valuable insight on how to use each metric within Compete PRO.

Short on time? We’ve got you covered with our quick help content videos.  We have also added short videos to the tool to walk you through each report within Compete PRO.  These videos, created by our Client Relations Team, highlight each feature within our individual reports.  You can find these videos in the Show Help Content at the top of the app. Click to expand the green bar and the video and brief explanations will appear.  You can also find all of these videos within our help subdomain here

In addition to the short videos we have updated within the tool, our team has also created pre-recorded trainings that provide a full overview of all the different features in Compete PRO Advanced and Compete PRO Intro.
